April 28 is Workers Memorial Day, a day to remember those who died on the job and an opportunity to renew our commitment to safe and healthy workplaces for all. Safety advocates, elected officials, union leaders, and the public gathered Friday for a ceremony at the Fallen Worker Memorial in Salem to honor Oregon workers who died on the job or from work-related injuries and illness.
